Now that all Hoosiers have had the opportunity to experience the solar eclipse let’s gather up our glasses and help people in other countries by donating them. Bring in batches of solar eclipse glasses to Tabco’s front office by April 30, and we will ship them to the distribution point for them to be sent free of charge to other countries so they are able to safely experience the solar eclipse as well. 😎

Meet our Vice President, Operations, Mark! Mark’s been with Tabco since he was a kid, but officially and legally full time when he turned 18 in 1999. When asked what he specializes in, he says he likes to get in the trenches and work alongside his coworkers. “I would not say one specific specialization.” Mark graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. in business administration in 2004. He’s been married to Megan for 16 years this year. They have a 9-year-old son, Knox.
Q: What’s a typical day like for you?
A:Busy every day - new clients, CSR support, existing client servicing, sourcing
Q: Finish this sentence. On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me...
A: at church, watching church, or at brunch. Occasionally my wife and son will find me in the kitchen cooking breakfast for them. ⛪🍳
Q: What do you think are the best skills you bring to your job?
A: I am a team player and do my best to NEVER ask anyone to do something that I will not get down in the trenches and do right along beside them.

Tabco's annual Holiday Party was held this past Saturday evening at Stables Steakhouse. Don't worry, we didn't miss the big game! ISU basketball was up on two big screens that we raffled off at the end of the night along with many other great prizes. Our party was complete with delicious appetizers, dinner and dessert, many employee gifts and special awards. We reflected on our past with appreciation and looked forward to all that's in store in the year ahead. We even celebrated the win with the official ISU rally towels (printed by Tabco, of course!) Oh, and a special time capsule was put together by employees to be opened on our 60th anniversary. A great time was had by all!
